How to get Help 101
Access the web address http://support.primarysolutions.ca on your address bar as shown below
Click on the email address support@primarysolutions.ca
Click on Allow:
A new window from outlook should pop up:
Create an email about the issue, you could also add attachments like screenshots or document files. Send the email as soon as you are done and it will automatically create a ticket in Zendesk.
